In 2012, we offered to make homemade ice cream for our daughter's wedding, which unexpectedly became the start of our business journey. The ice cream was a huge success, and just two years later, we prepared for our first show in Nefyn - a pivotal moment that truly transformed the trajectory of our venture. To meet growing demand, we set up a unit on the farm in 2016, and we are now proud to have been in the ice cream business for over 10 years.

Our family-run Welsh dairy farm takes great pride in its meticulously cultivated pastures, which meet award-winning standards and provide a picturesque landscape for our happy, grazing cattle. These ingredients are the perfect recipe for our delicious, homemade Welsh ice cream.

As a business committed to supporting the local economy, we're proud that our stockists hail from communities across Wales, from Dolgellau to Felinheli. You can often spot Dylan making deliveries around the region in his van.

Visitors to our ice cream and coffee shop in Pwllheli will find a rotating selection of delicious flavours to enjoy.

The company is run by my husband Dylan and I, Annwen, alongside our son Dyfed and his wife Sian. Over the years, the business has also been supported by other family members, including Elliw and Myrddin.

The name "Glasu" signifies new spring growth of the pasture, following the Winter.
